Dry heat, cedar, and a roof built for snow.
The Visscher Nature Series is a real sauna: Western Red Cedar, a 9 kW heater, and temperatures to 90 °C. Not an infrared cabinet — an actual hot room, of the kind that has to be built properly to work. Visscher builds them from West Coast Canadian timber under a Canadian-made steel roof, which is the same argument we make for everything else in this showroom.
Why a traditional sauna
The room heats you — that's the whole difference.
Infrared cabinet
Warms the body directly and runs at much lower air temperatures. Pleasant, and comfortable — but not a sauna.
Visscher Nature Series
Heats the room, and the room heats you — which is why the ability to reach 90 °C matters, and why the insulation and vapour barrier between the wood layers matter just as much as the heater.

Hot water · dry heat · cold water
A sauna, a hot tub and a cold plunge is the complete set.
Hot water, dry heat and cold water do three different things, and the people who use all three tend to keep using them. Planned together they also share a pad, an electrical design and a single delivery — which is cheaper and considerably less disruptive than adding them one at a time over three summers. We can specify all three, site them, and hand you one drawing.
